My health and fitness purpose is to provide people with a launch pad. To give people the mental and physical tools to ensure they can maintain their fitness regimes long after we have ceased training together.
I believe getting the body moving is vital to a healthy life but I know it’s not everything. We need to reach a state of equilibrium with all things, training, work, family life so that we can be physically and mentally fit.
It’s my purpose to celebrate the joys of fitness in a fun and quirky way whilst nurturing the greater picture - happiness and life balance.
